Resources and Special Care RYC began its activities in 2003 at the initiative of Nurse Lennys Laza, who, based on her experience, found a business opportunity in which she managed to effectively manage the relationship between patients and nurses.
Our work and commitment during all these years has allowed the company to grow constantly. RYC has made different alliances that have allowed it to provide services to different private and governmental entities; Among which are foundations, nursing homes, hospitals and homes.

Work in Foundations
We provide support in the restoration and care of children and adolescents in conditions of vulnerability and abandonment in society. Through the foundations: FANA AND CASA DE LA MADRE Y EL NIÑO, where we supply certified personnel as nursing assistants, who have the experience and standards necessary to carry out their work in:
- Medication control
- Support and accompaniment in the different daily activities: personal care, clothing, food and mobilization.
- With the authorization of the heads of nursing or treating doctors of your institution, wellness activities, stimulation exercises, recreational activities, among others, will be carried out.
- Extension of care at home or in a medical center, if the patient requires it.
